Ingredients: • 1 shot of Disaronno Amaretto • 1 shot of White Rum • 1 shot of double cream • Two scoops of blended strawberries Method: Add the ingredients into a blender with ice. Blend together and pour into a wine glass garnishing with fresh strawberries. NB – fresh strawberries and double cream can be substituted with strawberry ice cream if desired.
Ingredients: • 1 shot of Disaronno Amaretto • 1 shot of Campari • 2.5 shots orange juice • ¼ of a shot of sugar syrup Method: Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and fine strain into a Martini glass.	Ingredients: • 1 shot of Disaronno Amaretto • 3 shots cranberry juice • 2 shots orange juice Method: Build over cubed ice, garnish with a lime squeeze and serve in a highball.
