Method:
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan. Warm over a low heat until your desired temperature has been reached stirring constantly. Take care not to allow the mixture to boil.
Pour directly into a heatproof glass or allow it to cool, and serve over ice. Add a cinnamon stick or star anise as a garnish.
Ingredients:
• 50ml Disaronno Amaretto
• 15ml Red Wine
• 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
• 3 Fresh Mint Leaves
Method:
In the bottom of a short (rocks) glass, place the sugar, 2 mint leaves and a splash of the red wine. Using a spoon, gently press the mint, extracting the essential oils.
Add the remainingred wine and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the Didsaronno and fill the glass with ice. Stir until nice and cold. Place a frsh leaf on top of the glass and serve after dinner to the delight of your guests.
